Our New Home - 1st November 2024
The band is delighted to announce that it has a new home!
After a number of months visiting several potential locations the band has reached an agreement with Ferrymead Heritage Park to use the Friendly Societies Lodge in the park as our band room.

The band is now the official brass band of the Heritage Park, and will perform a number of engagements at the park each year. Our next performance, and the final one for 2024, will be for the Christmas Spectacular on Sunday 1st December.

Whilst we’ve been trying out the lodge we’ve held a number of musical soirées in lieu of our normal practices where members have played solos or performed in duets or small ensembles, all in a convivial social setting. Now we have a suitable home space for such activities we intend to continue this initiative, including holding a Christmas themed one in December.
